Document Description
Grim as it might sound, any of us can go at any time, and we might not want some online information to remain permanently available. This Social Media and Email Memorandum will leave strict instructions for a an area often forgotten when planning your
last will. From photos to videos, email accounts to social media accounts, some digital information is better off dying when you do.
Use this simple, flexible form to provide the agent (friend, family member, etc.) of your choice with access and instructions for handling your social media and email accounts if you die unexpectedly. Perhaps you want everything deleted, or perhaps you want some information deleted, or maybe you want everything preserved and distributed, but whatever your intentions, this form can make them clear.
Like most estate planning forms, this one isn't written in stone; if you change your mind later and want to modify your instructions, you can easily do so.
